He is a renowned paper-cutting artist, a senior crafts and fine arts master, a recipient of the title "Top Ten Master Scissors" in Chinese paper-cutting, a Shanxi Province Craft and Fine Arts Master, and the representative inheritor of the intangible cultural heritage projects "Hejin Paper-cutting" and "Hand-painted Cloth Art" in Shanxi Province. He has been honored with titles such as Outstanding Talent and Technical Expert of Sanjin.

Fu Zhao'e

Fu Zhao'e is a national representative inheritor of China's intangible cultural heritage project (paper-cutting) and has been awarded the title of "Chinese Folk Arts and Crafts Artist" by UNESCO-affiliated folk organizations. She is a senior crafts and fine arts master in Ningxia, one of China's "Top Ten Artists," and a recipient of the "Lifetime Achievement Award for Outstanding Women of China." She has been recognized as a "Ningxia Advanced Worker of Both Virtue and Art" and was among the first representative inheritors of Ningxia's intangible cultural heritage (paper-cutting).
